Meet the Founder

Aaron Weiss

CEO & Founder · Civil Engineer, Construction Management

The company was founded by Aaron Weiss, a civil engineer specializing in construction management who built ARM from the ground up on a simple belief: that a construction company should be as invested in your home as you are. Nearly two decades later, the business still runs that way.

Aaron oversees every project personally, the core team has been together for years, and most of our work still comes through referrals from homeowners who trusted us and told their neighbors.
We're licensed, insured, and BBB A+ accredited.

We handle everything from the first conversation with an architect through final inspection and handover. And when you build with ARM, you have Aaron's mobile number from day one — one point of contact, start to finish.

Meet The ARM Builders Team

Oren Leshem
Chief Operating Officer, Arm Builders Inc
Oren started as a general contractor in Israel and worked on new commercial construction projects including shopping malls and hospitals. In 2005 he moved to the USA, initially working with a major local investment company building their commercial projects in Arizona, and then relocating to Los Angeles in 2007. He initially worked on new constructions that used new methods of environmentally-friendly Green Building projects, utilizing solar technology. Oren traveled to Galveston when Hurricane Ike hit Texas in 2009, and helped local communities rebuild in the wake of their devastation. Since then he has been dedicated to ensuring buildings and their residents are as secure as possible, and cares deeply about constructions that are strong, stable and functional. “I like to see the satisfaction of clients when we complete their projects”, said Oren. He lives in Woodland Hills, and enjoys hikes and outdoor activities with his three children.

Aaron Zakowski
Director of Business Development
Aaron spent the early part of his career as a CPA at Deloitte, where he developed a sharp eye for numbers and business operations. From there, he built and ran a marketing agency focused on scaling tech companies, learning firsthand what it takes to grow a business from the ground up. At ARM Builders, he brings both of those worlds together, building the systems, strategy, and partnerships that help ARM reach the families who need them most. As a father of six, Aaron understands what a home really means to a family. It's not square footage or finishes. It's where your kids grow up. That perspective drives everything he does here. "I've spent my career helping businesses grow," he said. "But helping a family build the home where they'll make 20 years of memories? That's different. That's the work that matters."

Our Promises

Building a home is a big ask of anyone's trust.

Here's what we commit to on every project.

We’ll respond within 24 hours.

If you reach out, you’ll hear back from us within one business day — always. No chasing, no voicemail black holes. That standard starts before you’re even a client and doesn’t change once you are.

You’ll have Aaron’s mobile number.

From the first conversation to the day we hand you the keys, Aaron is your single point of contact. You’ll have his direct number. He picks up. One person, fully accountable, for the entire build.

We’ll show up on time and keep the project moving.

We respect your time and your timeline. We commit to a schedule at the start of every project and manage the job to it — flagging anything that could cause a delay before it becomes one.

We’ll only put people on your job site that we trust.

Every subcontractor and supplier ARM works with is someone we’ve vetted and worked with before. We don’t bring strangers onto your property. The people building your home are the same people we’d put in our own.

We’ll keep your property clean.

Construction is messy. We clean up thoroughly at the end of every workday and leave your property in reasonable condition throughout the build. When the job is done, it’s done right — not just done.

We stand behind our work.

If something isn’t right, we fix it. Before we close out any project, we walk the finished work with you. Our standard isn’t what passes inspection — it’s what you’re proud to live in.
