We learn about your vision, your lot, your timeline, and your budget. Aaron walks the property and asks the right questions before anything else happens.

Most custom homes take 12 to 18 months from breaking ground to move-in, depending on size and complexity. The permitting phase alone can take 3 to 6 months in LA — which is why starting that process early matters. We give every client a realistic timeline upfront, not an optimistic one.
Custom home construction in LA typically ranges from $350 to $600+ per square foot, depending on design complexity, materials, and site conditions. We provide detailed estimates based on your specific plans and lot — not ballpark numbers that change later.
No. You can come to us at any stage — with a finished set of plans, a rough idea, or nothing but a lot and a vision. We help coordinate the architecture and design process if you need it, or work with your existing architect if you already have one.
Yes, entirely. We manage all permit submissions, plan checks, city approvals, and inspections with the relevant LA city or county departments. This is one of the more time-consuming parts of building in LA — and one of the things our clients consistently tell us they’re most relieved to hand off.
A Class B General Building Contractor license (what ARM holds) authorizes us to take the lead on projects involving two or more unrelated trades — framing, electrical, plumbing, finish work, and so on — and manage all subcontractors under one contract. Specialty contractors (Class C) can only work in their specific trade. For a full custom home build, you want a licensed Class B contractor managing the project.
ARM serves Los Angeles County broadly, with a strong track record in West and Central LA — Beverlywood, Pico-Robertson, Beverly Hills, Westwood, Brentwood, Cheviot Hills, and surrounding neighborhoods. Get in touch and we’ll let you know if your area is within our range.
