Altadena Fire Rebuild
ARM Builders designed and constructed this 4,716 square foot Spanish-style residence in Mid-Wilshire from the ground up — six bedrooms, six bathrooms, and every detail executed in-house from concept to completion. The result is a home that looks like it belongs on this street and lives like nothing else around it.
Architecture & First Impressions
The Spanish architecture isn’t decorative. It’s structural. From the exterior massing to the custom ironwork details, this home was designed to feel like it’s always been here. Step inside and the two-story entry tells you immediately that this isn’t a spec build. Brushed oak hardwood floors run throughout. Eight-inch mahogany interior doors. A level of finish that takes real time and real craft to pull off.
The Kitchen
Dual ovens. Dual sinks. Two dishwashers. Viking appliances. Calcutta marble countertops. This kitchen was built for a family that cooks — and for everything that happens after dinner. It’s the kind of room that becomes the center of a home.
Bedrooms & Baths
Six bedrooms, six baths. Each space designed with its own proportions and privacy. Nothing feels like it was squeezed in or compromised. The primary suite anchors the home the way it should.
The Outdoor Space
The rear of the property was built for living outside. A full outdoor kitchen, a main deck with a built-in fire pit, and a 400 square foot finished cabana — usable as a guest suite, a home office, or both.
Smart Home Integration
Lutron lighting controls, a video surveillance system, and surround sound throughout — all planned from the start, not patched in at the end. The technology disappears into the home the way good technology should.
The Finish Line
From permits to final walkthrough, ARM Builders managed every phase of this project. That’s what concept to completion means — one team, one standard of accountability, start to finish.
