A single-story Studio City home became a 4,514 square foot two-story residence, with ARM handling the full addition and remodel from foundation to finish.

The Scope

A 1,132 square foot first floor addition and a new 1,457 square foot second story, built onto the existing home. The main level now includes a new kitchen, dining room, gym with bath, powder room, living room, office, and a new garage. Upstairs holds two kids’ bedrooms with a shared bath, a primary suite with bath and closet, an upstairs laundry room, and a kids’ work area.

The Design

ARM worked closely with designer Stacey Rifkin throughout the project. Her eye for finishes and layout shaped how the home came together, and it shows.

A home that doubled in scope without losing what made the original work.
