An engineer and his wife decided city life wasn’t for them anymore. Before they could make the move, they needed the house to be worth the exit — so they brought in ARM for a home addition and a full home remodel, and got it ready to sell.

The Remodel

ARM raised the ceilings to open the home up and reworked the interior to make every square foot feel larger than it was. The goal wasn’t just more space, it was a home that showed well and lived well, ready for a buyer to walk in and feel at home.

The Exterior

Decks, exterior fencing, and full landscaping and exterior decorating turned the outside into as much of a selling point as the inside. What started as a standard house became one that stood out on the street.

The Result

The home sold within the first week on the market. The owners bought a ten-acre ranch in Montana and made their exit.
