Hayworth New Home Construction
This Pico-Robertson home started at 1,622 square feet. The family bought it with a plan already in mind — remodel first, move in after. They never lived in the old version. ARM Builders took it to 2,000 square feet and four bedrooms, three bathrooms, with an open floor plan and high ceilings built around how they actually wanted to live, not how the house happened to be laid out when they found it.
The Kitchen
Kosher kitchen, with two sinks and two ovens. Built for a family that cooks and hosts, with the separation a kosher kitchen requires designed in from the start.
Living Spaces
Hardwood floors run throughout. High ceilings and an open floor plan give the house a feeling most 2,000 square foot homes don’t have — nothing closed off, nothing cramped. Every room gets natural light. It’s a house that feels bigger than its square footage, because the space is used right.
The Outdoor Space
A large pergola anchors the backyard — built for the family’s outdoor meals with friends and family, not just the occasional summer barbecue. This is a house that lives outside as much as it lives inside.
Smart Home
Lighting, dimmers, and a full sound system, all integrated from the start. No exposed panels or afterthought wiring — the technology just works, the way it should.
The Result
This is a family home in the truest sense — built for everyday life and for the nights when the whole family shows up. From permits to final walkthrough, ARM Builders managed every phase, start to finish. That’s what concept to completion means.
