Oxford Square Project
ARM Builders reworked this home’s kitchen and primary bath around one idea: make every detail count, since the square footage wasn’t going to. The layout itself was designed with the same intent — every choice made to open the property up and maximize the sense of space.
The Kitchen
The tile is the centerpiece. Each panel was custom-selected and cut to a three-dimensional illusion pattern, then aligned piece by piece so the effect reads correctly across the full run — a level of precision that doesn’t forgive mistakes. The cabinetry got the same treatment. Every plywood board was hand-picked for grain before staining and installing, so the finish looks intentional rather than assembled.
The Primary Bath
The master wasn’t large, so the goal was to make it feel like it. Floating cabinets pull the visual weight off the floor, opening up the room without changing its footprint.
The Approach
This wasn’t a project built on size. Every design decision, from the layout down to where the cabinets landed, was made to open the property up and get the most out of the space available – the tile alignment, the grain match, the floating cabinets, all working toward the same goal.
The Finish Line
From material selection to final install, ARM Builders managed every detail of this project. That’s what concept to completion means – one team, one standard of accountability, start to finish.
