ARM Builders was originally founded by Aaron Weiss, and his good friend Oren Leshem (pictured) is our Chief Operating Officer. Oren's son Matan has now also joined the ARM team as a Construction Assistant.
Their weekdays are spent visiting client sites, ensuring that work is completed to the highest possible quality; Oren has a keen eye for detail and will often find ways to reduce costs for clients and create even greater value - whether it is for an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU), a renovation, home addition, kitchen redesign and installation, or even a new build from the ground up. At weekends, Oren may head out to the countryside for fishing, sports and adventures with Matan and his other children, getting some r'n'r in preparation for another productive week for ARM Builders customers!
