Meet Arm Builders

Aaron Weiss has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, and has focused his career in construction management and general building. He has worked in the private and public sector, on many kinds of building projects ranging from large-scale commercial constructions to public schools and building houses. Since starting ARM Builders, he has overseen 250 projects and enjoys seeing the satisfaction of clients once the projects are complete. ARM Builders was selected as one of the major contractors for NBC’s primetime show “American Dream Builders” and Aaron worked on every single episode, helping homeowners achieve their dream home. The company also appeared on the “Nate and Jeremiah“ show as one of the building contractors.    

“I believe in setting big goals…and achieving them,” said Aaron. “Working with homeowners takes this one stage further, and helps other people achieve their goals.” Aaron lives in Los Angeles with his wife and three children and is an active member of the local community. His most recent personal goal was to complete his first Olympic Triathlon, setting a personal record. 

Oren started as a general contractor in Israel and worked on new commercial construction projects including shopping malls and hospitals. In 2005 he moved to the USA, initially working with a major local investment company building their commercial projects in Arizona, and then relocating to Los Angeles in 2007. He initially worked on new constructions that used new methods of environmentally-friendly Green Building projects, utilizing solar technology.    

Oren traveled to Galveston when Hurricane Ike hit Texas in 2009, and helped local communities rebuild in the wake of their devastation. Since then he has been dedicated to ensuring buildings and their residents are as secure as possible, and cares deeply about constructions that are strong, stable and functional. “I like to see the satisfaction of clients when we complete their projects”, said Oren. He lives in Woodland Hills, and enjoys hikes and outdoor activities with his three children. 

Luis Lechuga is a seasoned Civil Engineer originally from Guatemala,  who brings over two decades of diverse construction and engineering expertise to ARM Builders Inc! Since obtaining his degree from Universidad de Rafael Landívar, Luis has successfully completed numerous projects including luxury condominiums, hydroelectric plants, and extensive roadworks, as well as managing large-scale aeronautical civil operations for major airports in Guatemala. His transition to the U.S. market has seen him excel as a project manager and estimator in the custom residential sector, skillfully handling stone and tile works for high-end homes. Luis is a very important part of the ARM team, and also brings a great smile to every meeting and job site!

 Ulisses Hernandez is a Los Angeles native who has worked in construction for over 20 years. He’s worked as a general contractor who worked on remodels, demolition, concrete and many other areas of the construction industry. He is now a Project Manager with ARM Builders and a valued member of our team. You’ll see him working hard on our building sites - he’s a valued member of the team who has a great attention to detail and is great to be around!

Coby Goldman is the Balcony Inspection Manager at ARM Builders Inc, and combines his real estate and property management background with his business and economics education from Queens College. His professional journey, from spearheading CoGo Management to ensuring structural safety at ARM Builders, showcases his commitment to safety and community well-being. Coby runs the balcony division at ARM Builders Inc and regularly conducts balcony inspections adhering to SB326 and SB721 regulations. He is a crucial asset to the ARM Builders team and all of the customers we serve.

Coby lives in Los Angeles with his wife and children, and is an active member of the local community.  Fun recent trips have included snowboarding in Whistler and playing golf in Hawaii. “I love the importance of the work here at ARM Builders,” he said “the balcony inspections are more important than ever - for keeping residents secure, and even even saving lives.”

Pedro Villa, a seasoned Technician at ARM Builders, has over 35 years in residential construction, mastering various trades with a special focus on carpentry. His expertise ensures all sites are impeccably prepared for engineering inspections, where he also plays a crucial role in the inspection processes. Pedro's vast experience and dedication significantly contribute to the success and reliability of residential projects, making him an indispensable member of the ARM Builders team. His commitment and skills ensure the highest quality in every project.

Matan Leshem, ARM Builders' Construction Assistant, joined our company soon after graduation. He has been rapidly expanding his construction knowledge, particularly influenced by his father, Oren Leshem, the Chief Operating Officer. Matan is deeply interested in modern construction techniques and sustainable building practices, reflecting his commitment to industry growth and the future of residential building. 

He enjoys applying these principles on-site, enhancing his professional and practical skills. Outside of work, Matan passions include outdoor activities and spending time with family, balancing his professional aspirations with personal interests. “The last couple of years have been amazing,” said Matan. “I’ve learned a tremendous amount from the high level of expertise on the ARM Builders team - and every day is an opportunity to contribute to the high standards and total commitment that we give to every client job.”

Cristian Esteban is the Office Manager at ARM Builders. He brings a solid background in property management from his time at MW Real Estate Group, combined with an academic foundation in Management from Los Angeles City Community College, and an MBA from MBA from California State University, Los Angeles (CSULA).  Cristian's role as an office administrator is enhanced by his Los Angeles upbringing and his interpersonal skills, honed through hobbies like playing basketball and socializing with friends, making him a key player in the ARM Builders team.

Kelly is the newest member of the ARM Builders team, and has a wealth of experience in the construction industry. She  works with project managers to coordinate and implement project resources, provide operations support during each phase of construction, and keeps everything moving smoothly. Kelly is an LA native, and brings a smile to work each and every day!
